Your puppy is guaranteed to be in good health and free of communicable disease at the time of the sale.

If, within 48 hours after you take possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health we agree to refund the purchase price of the puppy.

A refund will only be given after a copy of the veterinarian's report, the puppy and all paperwork are returned to us.

We, the breeders, are not responsible for any expenses incurred.

Your puppy has been cared for both before and after birth in our home.

We have vaccinated and de-wormed according to schedule.

Please take the records we provide to your veterinarian.

It is important to continue to vaccinate and worm your puppy to insure it's good health.

You, the purchaser, agree to take good care of the puppy and to provide it with adequate food, water, housing and medical care.

You, the purchaser, agree to follow the breeder's recommendations regarding feeding, exercise and general care.

Puppies are like children and need plenty of rest, fresh water, a regular and healthy diet, regular exercise and plenty of T.L.C.

You, the purchaser, may contact us, the breeder, if at any time you have questions regarding the care of your new puppy.

If the puppy is found to have a congenital defect you, the purchaser, must notify us, the breeders,as soon as you become aware of the problem.

You, the purchaser, will assume all costs of shipping associated with this transaction.

We, the breeders, are not responsible for any veterinary bills accumulated by you, the purchaser.

We feel confident that we have helped you choose the right puppy for you and your family.

If, at any time, you feel the puppy will not work out for you or your situationchanges and you are unable to continue to give the puppy the care it deserves,please return him/her to us or call us for assistance in finding a good home.

The expenses incurred for the puppy and to return him will be yours.

This guarantee is non-transferable to new owners if it is sold.
